Daniel O’Reilly Live in Bournemouth | Pavilion Theatre
It was a pleasure to work with Daniel O’Reilly on his 65-date UK tour, capturing his Bournemouth show at the Pavilion Theatre. The venue provided the perfect backdrop for a comedy show, offering both great sight lines for the audience and dynamic angles for photography.
Daniel first rose to fame as the viral comedy character Dapper Laughs, whose sketches and online persona made waves across the UK in the early 2010s. Since then, he’s evolved into performing under his real name, focusing on more personal and honest stand-up. His newer material covers life off stage, fatherhood, relationships, and the lessons he’s learned along the way.
Photographing Daniel live was a fantastic experience. From the high-energy stage moments to quieter, behind-the-scenes glimpses, it was fascinating to see how he works, connects with the audience, and paces a full show night after night.
