Client galleries are delivered through an external gallery system. These galleries are private link protected.
No personal data is required to view a gallery.

I take great care when handling personal data.

All digital files are stored on password-protected devices and backed up to secure, encrypted hard drives.

7. People Photographed at Events & Weddings

Under GDPR, photographs can be considered personal data.

I photograph clients and guests during weddings and events for the legitimate interest of documenting the day and fulfilling my contracted service.

I do not photograph anyone for identification or authentication purposes.

Wedding couples are asked to notify their guests that photography will take place and to share this privacy policy with anyone who has concerns.

If a guest wishes not to be photographed, they should inform the couple or me before the event.

8. Social Media & Online Use

I use social media responsibly and will never request personal information through social platforms.

If you message me via social media, your information will be used only to reply to your query.

9. Promotional Use of Images

On signing a contract with me, the Photographer retains the copyright to all images. The Client is granted a personal licence to print and share the images for their own use.

As part of standard industry practice, the Photographer may use selected images for:

  • Social media

  • Portfolio

  • Printed materials

  • Photography blogs or magazine features

I will always be respectful and thoughtful about the images I choose to share. If you have any concerns or would prefer certain images not to be used for promotional purposes, please feel free to discuss this with me. I’m always happy to be led by the client, and your wishes will be fully respected without any impact on your service.

10. Withdrawal of Consent

You may request that any photo featuring you be removed from online or printed display at any time.

To withdraw consent, simply email me with details of the image.
I will remove it promptly from all platforms where it appears.

By clicking 'submit' on my contact form, you agree that I may contact you regarding your enquiry.

If you do not wish your email or message to be stored, please include this in your enquiry and I will delete it once I have responded.
